Are my payments secure?
Yes, your payments are 100% secure!
We accept credit card payments through one of the most trusted payment gateways and your information are confidential and are never stored. We also integrate secure PayPal payments so you can always use your balance when making a purchase. We make sure our website is secure at all times and we are committed to giving you safe and satisfying shopping experience.
Am I able to get a refund or make an exchange?
Returns are not accepted for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order before you finalize the purchase, including billing & shipping address, e-mail and phone number. However if you receive a damaged / defected item, please contact me and I'll send a replacement.
Can I track my order?
All customers will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which will include the USPS tracking number if applicable. To track your package, go to the link below, enter your tracking number, and press the "track" button to get shipment details. USPS Tracking®

Stickers normally ship via first class and priority (tracking) postage, unless you purchase internationally which would be regular postage. All apparel orders come with tracking unless stated otherwise.
If your tracking number states that your order has been delivered, I am not liable/responsible for any undelivered and/or lost claims, contact USPS with your provided tracking information.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and verification. The below shipping speeds are estimated times AFTER your order has been fulfilled.
The speed of shipping depends on your choice of shipping.
USPS First Class & Priority (Tracking) Estimated Delivery Time:
Typically 1-3 business days if there are no delays (within the US); or 7-21 business days for international orders. Coronavirus is currently affecting this shipping time, and it may be extended more than the above estimates.
USPS Regular Postage (Non-Tracking) Estimated Delivery Time:
Approx. 3-7 business days for delivery (within the US); or an additional 2-4 weeks (outside of U.S.). Coronavirus is currently affecting this shipping time, and it may be extended more than the above estimates.
I don't ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order hasn't arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact me and I'll do my best to track your order for you.

What shipping carrier do you use?
I ship worldwide via United States Postal Service (USPS).
What fees am I responsible for?
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc.

APPLICATION OF STICKERS AND DECALS
PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND PATIENT WHEN APPLYING DECALS AND STICKERS! DO NOT RUSH THE PROCESS AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME! IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT IN INSTALLING THE STICKER YOURSELF, FIND SOMEONE WHO IS, THEY CAN BE TRICKY SOMETIMES!

Please wait up to 24 hours before peeling off the transfer tape after applying to the desired surface, for a completely, clean transfer.
Also, here are some helpful tips:
- Make sure to take your time with taking the transfer tape off.
- Peel the Transfer Tape away from the vinyl at a 45-degree angle. If the vinyl sticks to the Transfer Tape, simply put back the Transfer Tape onto the vinyl and peel away again more slowly and carefully.
- It can also be easier to have the design facing down as you peel the backing off.
